Sunny Day Real Estate are set to make a triumphant return with their first album in over 15 years with their original lineup. According to a Tweet from Seattle radio DJ Marco Collins and confirmed by Billboard the bands original lineup will record a new album in May.

A live review with photos and setlists of Sunny Day Real Estate's reunion tour at Terminal 5 in New York City, with support from The Jealous Sound on September 30, 2009. The band performed material from Diary, their self-titled album, How it Feels to be Something On, and a brand new song.

In anticipation of a reunion tour, the two albums produced by the original Sunny Day Real Estate lineup get remastered and repackaged with extra tracks and expanded liner notes. They are ripe for revisiting.
